Vouchers must be redeemed by Dec. 31, 2022 but can still be submitted for reimbursement through Jan. 31, 2023.
STEP 1: VALIDATE
When your patient is ready to use their $30 voucher towards a ZO® Skin Health skin treatment, enter their voucher code below to confirm that the code is valid. By validating this unique code, you are also marking it as redeemed and cannot be used again.
STEP 2: SUBMIT FOR REIMBURSEMENT
The number of $30 vouchers submitted for reimbursement per account should not exceed the total number of GWPs received. ZO® reserves the right to deny any voucher reimbursement if the number of vouchers submitted by an account exceeds their allotted quantity of GWPs.
